He was so much fucking trouble, I could see it pouring off him... But unfortunately for me, I so liked being there.
This is the first book I've read by Adriane Leigh and it was SMOKING HOT! OMFW. Wild by Adriane Leigh is told from both Kat and Wild's POV. The first few chapters are told from Kat's POV and then the majority of the story is told from Wild's POV. Did I already mention how sexy, hot, steamy, and wild this book was? Trust me this will have you fanning yourself.
That was why I'd come here, to start fresh, to escape, and opening up to him would shoot that to shit.
Kat Kennedy is an independent, strong minded, mysterious, and secretive women. Kat has left the city to start a new life in Maine, because she wants to start fresh with a new blank slate and forget about the past. Adriane Leigh really had me at a hunch with all of Kat's secrets and about her past. Once it is all revealed I was left shocked, because I wasn't expecting it at all. Kat has two different personalities and I completely understood it after finding out about her past. With Wild she develops into the women she has always wanted to be and she realizes that she is happy with the life she has in Maine. When she thinks about her past or developing a stabled relationship with Wild she closes up completely and puts walls around her. I loved peeling all of Kat's layers because I just love characters with layers.
Lane whoever-he-was had the ability to light more than just a room on fire...
Lane Fucking Wild ladies :D! OMFW. I just can't. Really I just can't form a complete sentence or think coherently when thinking of Lane Wild AKA WILD! Wild is all alpha male- possessive, controlling, demanding- his is loving, confident, arrogant, and he can be a jackass a few times but I still fell for Wild. He has his own past that he doesn't like to think or talk about which is why he doesn't do relationships. Once he meets Kat we get to see Wilds loving, caring, protective side and don't fret ladies because we get all the alpha male side as well ;). I just loved all that is LANE WILD!
I liked to think she was just another in a long line of one-night stands--I didn't do relationships--but with this girl, I felt like I almost could.
Kat and Wild's relationship is not really a relationship. It's more of a no-strings attached friendship at the beginning of the story. Kat just wants to be "friends" with Wild, but he doesn't believe that they can be friends after having a wild steaming hot one-night stand. But Kat gives in to having sex with Wild at every opportunity they can, which is the majority of the story. Trust me when I say this has been one of the hottest reads I've read this year. I lost count on how many times I had to fan myself while reading Wild. As the story progresses, Wild realizes that he wants Kat all for himself and wants to develop a stable relationship with her, but Kat is still not ready for that kind of relationship and always runs away whenever it comes up. But by the end she is willing to try. Kat and Wild's relationship has been one of the wildest and hottest relationships I've read this year.

Wild by Adriane Leigh is a quick steamy, sexy, wild, hot read. From the very first page Adriane Leigh gives us one of the many hottest scenes in the story. I never lost interest while reading Wild. As I mentioned before the majority of the story is told from Wild's POV, and let me just say that I loved reading from his POV. I was intrigued and captivated by Kat and Wild's story. Wild is going on my hottest reads pile, because this is one of the hottest, sexiest, steamiest reads I've read this year. Now I can't wait to read Ridge and Slade's story next year :D!Final Verdict: 4 Stars
